Turns out that the Craigslist ad above was over two weeks
old. Why repost or keep a post up of two weeks or more? I went to the
address on Citrus and rang the manager. He came out to tell me that that
unit was an old ad, for me to check the date on the ad. He was right--but
don't know why people leave things up on Craigslist weeks after the ad has been
answered. So I asked him if he had any other units. He said
no. Despite his dismissive tones and general rudeness, I
thanked him for his time and walked away.
